A.1 How to register for a new user?
Ans: You need to click the "Register" button among the navigation bar. After that there will be a jump out page for registration, then you can follow the instruction to register a new user. Error message will be displayed to you just beneath those blanks. Once registration finished successfully, you will be able to login with your ID and password. Your default balance is SGD0.00 and your state is not actived at this point. Your account will be actived when you transfer money to your account for the first time. Attention: Please click the confirm on the page instead of pushing the "ENTER" key on your key board!
A.2 How to buy card(s) online?
Ans: First, you should have a user ID in our web site. To register an ID please refer to "How to register a new user?";

Second you need an actived account which have enought balance for you to do your purchase. To check you rcurrent, simply click the "View my current balance >>" in the "User Informations" block at the left bottom of our index page;

Third, click the picture of corosponding card or text of "Details or Order>>". In the jump out new page, key in your order amount and click Order button. Total amount order items, and payable amount will be displayed in the same page. When all order finished, you can click "View My Shopping Cart" button to view details.

Lastly, click the "Confirm purchase" button to get your card Serial Number, Card Number and PIN(If appliable).
A.3 What to do if I got problem?
Ans: You can simply send an E-mail to webmaster@sloog.net or call me(91902918) if in a hurry.
A.4 What to do if I lost my password?
Ans: The only way for you to get back your password is by sending E-mail to us or call at(91902918) we need to check your identity before we give you the password, which may take 1-24 hours depends on different situation. So it is better for you to write your real name, address and handphone number when you do your registration!
A.5 What to do if the result given by system
    is different from it should be when I doing my purchase?
Ans: Please call(90496026) as soon as you can, administrator will try to fix and solve the problem, any lost will be fully refoundable!
B.1 What can I do if the phone card bought here cannot be used?
Ans: First, we are not responsible for the card if the company is bankrupt at that time! Then if you just purchase card from us, please contact administrator as soon as you can, we will check the card details for you. If we cannot solve the problem in 6 hours, a new card will be send to you.
B.2What can I do if I forgot the Card Number or PIN after purchase?
Ans: You can click the link "View my purchase histroy >>" in the card sell page for those cards bought in the passed 6 monthes!
B.3 What can I do if connect failed to my destination?
Ans: That's not our problem, please call the hotline of the coresponding card company. You can get the hotline number in the card details!
B.4 Why the quality of the card I bought is so bad?
Ans: Sometime your phone card may be like that, which due to the triffic jam of the networks or system problem. However, we cannot do anything for that, you can call the coresponding card company for details and solution!
B.5 Can I change a card after my purchase?
     Or if so, what's the circumstance?
Ans: You cannot change your card(s) under normal circumstance, since you have already got the correct PIN and Card number. While if your card PIN or card number is invalid, we will check it and give you the correct one or new one!
